General Contractor
With decades of experience, working on hundreds of homes, we bring a wealth of knowledge that few other competitors can claim to have. Aside from our own experience, J Spens has been working with other wonderful subcontractors for years. We welcome the opportunity to help our clients build their dream home, and work hard to complete all of our projects on time and within budget.
Framing
We are different from many other contractors in that we frame all of the homes we build. We enjoy this hands-on approach and pride ourselves in our own craftsmanship.
Finish Carpentry
Along with framing our projects, we typically do all of the finish trim. We enjoy this part of the build because it gives us a chance to use our creativity and add unique details to every build.
